Life is an ongoing journey of self-discovery to find meaning and it can help to have someone to walk alongside us through difficult times. Therapy is a space to pause, to breathe and reconnect with yourself, allowing you to explore and move through challenges with support and clarity. Whatever concerns you bring to therapy, my intention is to support you as you navigate your unique life circumstances.
What I Offer
I meet with people with a wide variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationships, addiction, family and parenting, work stress or burnout, identity and self-esteem. I have specialist training in supporting individuals who experienced trauma in their childhood (including emotional, physical and sexual abuse.)
About Me
I am a Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist and have worked in the field of mental heath for over 20 years.
My approach to psychotherapy is unique to each client and aims to support you to improve the quality of your life – whatever that may personally mean for you.
Starting Therapy
I understand that seeking help may feel like an anxious process at first and that therapy can feel like a big commitment, but I hope you will experience its benefits. It would be an honour to help you no matter what brings you to therapy or where you are on your journey.
