New Beginnings
When thinking about therapy, knowing where to start or what to expect might feel daunting. To help get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit for you I offer a free 15 minute call and if you'd like to meet we will then arrange an initial appointment. In this session, I will invite you to share about what’s going on in your life at the moment that brings you to therapy, hopes, goals and any questions you may have. Together we will co-create a comfortable, non-judgemental, and confidential space that helps you feel at ease to explore your past, express your struggles, pains, fears, joys, and hopes. The emphasis in our work will be exploring what is important to you.
