Attending groups and workshops can provide a unique environment to learn about ourselves, empowering us to heal and grow. Taking part can offer an invaluable sense of support, community and belonging. I am passionate about utilising creative imagination, art, dance and embodiment practices to support people with personal development, direction in life and taking time out for self-care.

I am a licensed Dance of Awareness™ teacher and group facilitator having trained with the Devon School for Embodied Therapy. Dance of Awareness is a therapeutic dance method based on developmental psychology; body-centred psychotherapy; Five Rhythms dance; Authentic Movement; and Dance Movement Psychotherapy. This group movement practice aims to increase self-awareness supporting well being on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. There are no steps to learn or dance experience necessary... all are welcome!

I am available to facilitate bespoke therapeutic workshops on a variety of topics using the creative arts, mindfulness practices, visualisations and movement. Please get in touch if you are interested in working together and would like to find out more.
