Weekly therapy is a safe, non-judgemental space to feel listened to and look together with compassion and curiosity at what you are experiencing. It can help with untangling and understanding emotions. By reflecting on past experiences that can dominate present experiences we can become more conscious of patterns and parts of ourselves.

Therapy is a collaborative process to understand yourself more deeply. It can help with getting clarity on how you're feeling and knowing how you tick, developing more self-compassion, awareness and coping skills. Working with a dedicated psychotherapist can be an invaluable source of support and guidance. You don't have to go it alone.

The relationship between client and therapist is at the heart of the work we do. I place great emphasis on building trust and understanding your experience. Research shows that the relationship between a client and therapist is a main factor in therapy feeling helpful. The first few sessions will be about getting to know you, what brings you to therapy and your history. We will discuss what you would like to focus on, how many sessions or if you prefer longer-term therapy where we work at depth to support your growth.

My way of working can include creative methods such as breathing exercises, guided meditations, working with imagery, art and exploring dreams. I aim to create a nurturing therapeutic environment where we can safely explore your experience including drawing attention to what you are feeling in your body. When we tune in and listen carefully to our inner wisdom with compassion, it can help get to the root of emotions.

A weekly therapy session is a space to be yourself, discover more about the unique person you are and feel empowered to create a life you find fulfilling. I am passionate about supporting my clients in developing inner guidance and resources to carry with them throughout life.

It would be an honour to support you no matter what brings you to therapy or where you are in your life.
