Weekly therapy is a non-judgemental space where you can feel listened to and look with curiosity at what you are experiencing in life. It can help with untangling and understanding the emotions that affect you. This can be done by reflecting and making links between past experiences that can dominate present experiences and becoming more conscious of these patterns and parts of ourselves.

Therapy is a collaborative process to inquire, understand yourself more deeply and navigate through life. It can help with getting clarity on how you're feeling and knowing how you tick, developing more self-compassion and coping skills for your future. Working with a dedicated psychotherapist can be an invaluable mirror and source of support and guidance. We don't have to go it alone.

The relationship between client and therapist is at the heart of the work we do. I place great emphasis on building trust and understanding as research shows that the relationship between a client and therapist is a main factor in therapy feeling helpful.

The first few sessions will be about getting to know you, what brings you to therapy and about your history. We will discuss what you would like to focus on, how many sessions or if you prefer a longer term therapy where we work at depth to support your growth and awareness.

My way of working can include creative and embodiment methods such as breathing exercises, guided meditation, imagery, art and exploring dreams. I aim to create a nurturing therapeutic environment where we can safely explore your experience including drawing attention to what you are feeling in your body. When we tune in and listen carefully to our body's wisdom with compassion, it can help get to the root of emotions.

A weekly therapy session is a space to be yourself, discover more about the unique person you are and feel empowered to create a life you find fulfilling. I am passionate about supporting my clients in developing inner guidance and resources to carry with them throughout life.

It would be an honour to support you no matter what brings you to therapy or where you are in your life.
