The decision to begin therapy can feel daunting at first and choosing a therapist you feel able to build a relationship with and at ease with is an important part of the process.

I welcome any questions you might have about psychotherapy and steps for arranging a weekly session are taken at your pace. 

Once you feel ready to start, we will arrange a weekly time for your 50-minute therapy session and review the therapy agreement.  I will invite you to share about your family history, background and what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your hopes for therapy and I will check in regularly to ensure it is working for you.

I am available during daytime hours (10 am - 5 pm). My practice at Camden Therapy is a welcoming therapy space in the heart of Camden Town.
