Navigating non-ordinary states of consciousness can be profoundly transformative. They can open us up to new perspectives and unexpected inner landscapes, sometimes bringing forward complex emotions, memories, or insights that require care and attention. Integration is the process of taking the knowledge from your experience and weaving it into your everyday life. It is exploring how we might see life and ourselves from a new perspective with a greater sense of awareness. It may involve changing habits, relationships, working towards new goals or a sense of purpose.
Integration support can help you learn how to work with your feelings and emotions, how to let go of what no longer serves you, how to recognise healing, and how to effectively incorporate your experiences over the long term. My passion is providing a safe space to explore and process your experiences through holistic psychotherapy sessions. This is often about how we ground 'back home' with the raw feelings, vulnerabilities and helpful insights from the experience; how we make meaningful changes and work through any challenges.
We can arrange tailored therapy sessions around your needs and intentions. You will be met by a therapist you can openly discuss your psychedelic experiences with. This can help you make the most of your experience including preparation beforehand and integration/aftercare support to help deepen the insights and wisdom from your journey. Even if the experience took place years ago, it can be an illuminating process of discovery. I can also offer longer term therapy to explore spiritual emergence through a transpersonal lens.
I am a professional member of the Institute of Psychedelic Therapy. I participate in ongoing study in this field and have training experience with The Synthesis Institute.
I do not offer psychedelic substances but if you are looking for support through therapy, please feel free to contact me.
